Henny is a fabulous Body Mechanic, better than any Chiropractor I have worked with. She truly understands everything about how we are built and move and can help correct it. A comment Henny made to me was, “The top of your shoulders are meant to be a coat hanger that you hold lightly.” I have been using and abusing my shoulders all of my life. Why? Lack of awareness that there is another way to move and use my arms and hold my head. What a blessing her visit was. I truly have a better understanding of how to help myself with Henny’s guidance. Now I know I can learn to use my body differently. We are never too old to make changes if we think we can. I am truly looking forward to continuing working with this healer that cares from her heart about each of her clients’ well being.
