Being must be felt. It can’t be thought.
You are the creator of your life. Have you tapped in to your natural potential? It is just plain wrong for people to not be in charge of their wellness- mind, body, and spirit. But we all have some dysfunctional patterns that don’t serve us in work, in life, and in relationships. I understand how it feels to be stuck, held back, experience doubt, and struggle with competing internal and external forces and demands for your attention; the result can often lead to dissatisfaction, confusion, anxiety, fear, frustration, and misdirection when making choices as we live and direct our own life force. Taking responsibility for your attention, or the focus of attention, and making your body conscious of feeling, as aptly expressed in “Conductivity Healing”, “unlocks the contractions of the reactive body life and permits a free communication between attention and action” (Avatar Adi Da Samraj).
I use my knowledge, wisdom, and experience to guide people back to themselves. My acceptance of limitations and non-judgemental presence can act as a reflective guide, to mirror the self. Working with me in a participatory manner can bring you clarity, new direction and use of your life force in relationships, your work, and creative expression. Make life work. When you become responsible for your conscious use of the functional mechanisms that you’ve been gifted with by divine mother nature: the body, the emotional field, and the mental/thought life field, and breath; so that you’re more in control of where your life goes.
I invite you to go beyond the limitations of the physical, emotional, and mental realms and learn how to integrate the etheric realm.
“Breath and emotion are identical. You feel and breathe simultaneously as a single event.” – Avatar Adi Da Samraj
Learn about the dangers of living unconsciously, and how reactivity can drain your life force and leave you feeling dissatisfied.
When you REACT, you are giving away your power. When you RESPOND, you are staying in control of yourself.
